NY Times: "Infectiously Entertaining"
Wall Street Journal: "Everything an off-Broadway musical should be!"
Opening Valentine's Day weekend! In the same way that "West Side Story" is a 1960s version of "Romeo and Juliet," this show puts a refreshing, smart, and thoroughly enjoyable 2006 spin on "Pride and Prejudice." Set in New York City, "I Love You Because" follows Austin Bennet, a young greeting card writer whose life is turned upside down when he finds his long-term girlfriend Catherine cheating on him. Forced back out into the treacherous New York dating scene, Austin meets Marcy Fitzwilliams, a flighty photographer whose spontaneity is matched only by her ability to drive him insane.
This new musical comedy explores the rules and nuances of dating and learning how to love someone, not in spite of their differences, but because of them.

Mid-Life!
The CRISIS Musical
April 3 - May 24, 2009
We are so heavily looking forward to this production that has been a huge hit in theaters everywhere! When we heard some of the songs, we simply couldn't stop laughing! If you EVER plan to be in your 40s and 50s or if you've lived them and want to laugh at the memories, this show is for you...
In the same vein of "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change," three men and three women make up the cast of this musical that takes a comic look at the “age old” conditions and situations faced in MID-LIFE! From reading glasses and mammograms to weekend warriors and proctology exams - all are lampooned with side-splitting Saturday Night Live non-sensibility.
Everyone will relate to this hilarious, and at times, touching musical about the curiosities and inevitabilities of middle-age. If you bought some Gingko-Biloba, but can’t remember where you put it - then you’re ready for MID-LIFE!

I See London, I See France:

The Underwear Musical
May 29 - July 5, 2009
Jeremy Desmon, the writer of the refreshingly clever "Girl in the Frame," marries the advertising world with the vibe of "Sex and the City" and the hallucinations of Ally McBeal.
When brainy fashion ad exec Gina is dumped for a bimbo on her 35th birthday, her universe starts to crumble as she finds herself falling in lust with the dim-but-smoldering poster boy for her agency's most salacious campaign. In this fast-paced, partially underwear-clad musical comedy, seven colorful characters drag Gina to the brink of insanity and back on a round-the-globe search for love, happiness and an underwear ad that just might change the world.

Are We There Yet? A Family Survival Guide

August 21 - September 27, 2009
From the Dallas Morning News: “You could call it the parents' edition of 'I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change!' Hits a lot of home runs for suburban moms and pops who know the drill!”
From part of the team that wrote "I Love You, You're Perfect..." this show takes a fresh, contemporary look at the typical and not so typical American family as they embark on “The Roller Coaster of Life” and hang on for the ride.
A versatile cast of four creates a unique and entertaining evening of song, dance and sketch comedy as they hold up the mirror to modern family life.

Swing For Your Supper
October 2 - November 15, 2009
Porter, Gershwin, Berlin, Rogers and Hart created renowned Jazz standards. Where did these beloved songs come from? The musicals!
Michael Buble, eat your heart out! Celebrating the MUSIC of the 20s, 30s, and 40s. Many don't know it, but our grand opening show, "The All Night Strut," called for a cast of only 4 singers. Then we Garbeau-sized it by adding a number of dancers and a phenomenal light show. In the same way, "Swing for Your Supper" is a piece for a few singers. But look forward to our creative team jazzing the show up with the same dynamic touches we put on the Strut!
